Our Esthetician School – Classes & Training
The Esthetician course takes a total of 600 hours of instruction and may be completed in 4 months. During your first 100 hours of freshman training, you will learn the basics in all areas of facials (manual, electrical, and chemical), eyebrow arching and tweezing, hair removal, makeup application and massage techniques. You will be taught health and safety habits and learn to promote a goal setting positive approach to career planning, self-motivation, and ethics. Between 500 and 600 hours the student will take a final baby board exam.
Course hours
Each student must contract to attend no less than four hours per day. The following are only examples of different part time and full time class schedules.
20 hours per week
8:30 – 12:30 Tues. – Sat.
5:30 – 9:30 Tues. – Thur. and 8:30 – 5:00 Sat.
30 hours per week
8:30 – 2:30 Tues. – Sat.
40 hours per week
8:30 – 5:00 Tues. – Sat.
